Agency fee for Egg Donor: $4,000 Due upon Egg Donor selection	$4,000


	Please note that donor fees will vary by educational background, first time or repeat, and success rate. The above is a list of ovum donor fees. This does not include costs associated with IVF procedures for ovum donor.
